We offer a complete range of repairs to restore your classic car to its original brilliance. We work with the customer to ensure their expectations are met - if not exceeded!

As the condition of every automobile is different, we request you supply as detailed a description of the repairs needed when submitting this inquiry form. Include the make and model, the year of production and outline the needed repairs.

A prompt reply from REZ Classic Cars will describe any additional information we need to supply an accurate estimate of repair costs. It is also very helpful to have available pictures of the vehicle, showing the areas needing repair.

POLICY
Our policy for calculating repair cost is based on an hourly net labor rate of twenty two (22,00) EUR net per hour.

As a standard part of our service, REZ Classic Cars provides documentation of your restoration using photos and written description. E-mails are sent as work progresses and are compiled on a CD which is presented to the customer upon completion of repairs. We always want our customers to feel assured their cars are safe, in good hands.

Every restoration is secured by a contract specifying repairs to be performed, cost of repairs and projected finish date. There are no unexpected costs at completion and no delays - unless the customer decides to add additional repairs not specified in the contract. Any such modifications will be mutually agreed to by both parties.

With REZ Classic Cars, the customer is sure of the costs and completion date.

GUARANTEE
At REZ Classic Cars, our comprehensive guarantee goes far beyond what our competitors offer. While some shops offer a 90 day warrantee, we can give a written 12 month guarantee of all repairs performed. This should also be of consideration when contemplating buying a classic car from a private party.
At other shops, there is little comfort for the customer if the repairs are performed poorly to compensate for a low restoration estimate. This is never the case at REZ Classic Cars.

The most visible and expensive part of a restoration is the bodywork. While the paint on the surface is easily seen, the support and structure of the body is critical for a long lasting restoration. Determining the condition of such a complex construction of sills, inner sills, floors and cross members (many of which cannot be seen) requires considerable expertise. This is where the experience of REZ Classic Cars works to assure you of a safe restoration of your cars structural integrity. We are sure enough to back our work with a 12 month guarantee against defects or failure. This guarantee also applies to mechanical repairs, such as engine, transmission or differential rebuilding. Naturally, we do not warrantee consumable items:
tires, time clocks, radios - or faults arising through abuse, neglect or normal wear.

Our objective is to ensure our customers have a pleasant automotive experience. REZ Classic Cars makes this pledge and warrantees it in writing for your peace of mind.

TRANSPORT
At REZ Classic Cars we believe in making the restoration experience as easy for the customer as possible. Towards this end we offer to arrange complete transportation of your vehicle, door to door. We can schedule worldwide pick up and delivery of your car, wherever you live. We will also handle all customs business into and out of Poland, if your car is coming from a non-EU country.

All our transporters are fully insured for your protection.
